  1. I work at a public building with many handicapped parking slots. I spotted a vehicle parked in one of these reserved parking places and it had neither a HCP tag or a hanging placard showing that this person was authorized to park. It made me angry because I am handicapped and I had to park a long way from the entrance which caused me great pain. It was a white 2006 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Alabama (Tuscaloosa County). Can I report this to the police so they can determine if this vehicle is authorized to park in a HCP spot? Thank you.

    1. This is a matter for the police, unfortunately we cannot assist you with an Alabama license plate lookup for this reason. Your best option to handle the situation is to let law enforcement know of the situation and follow up with the assailant.
