    We need a copy of Guardianship papers for our daughter Shaun Rai Black Born 30 September 1966 at the Naval Hospital Sasebo, Japan. My wife (Christian Joyce Black) was declared Shaun’s legal guardian, when she was turning 18, sometime in August / September 1984. We have lost our original guardianship papers.
