Obtaining Delaware Driving Records

There are three different ways to obtain a driver record in the state of Delaware. These include in-person, online, or by mail. If you are an individual seeking your own driver record, you can use any of these three methods to get it. If you are seeking a record of another driver you will need to submit your request in-person or by mail.

Each Delaware driver record costs $25.00. You will have the option of a 3 year, 5 year, or full-length driver history record. For those looking to obtain a driver history record by mail, you will be required to have a completed Personal Information Release Form MV703 that is notarized. Note that any record obtained will include information up to the date of the request. You cannot purchase the use of future driving records.
