SearchQuarry.com is not a scam. There are a couple people online that have mentioned “ Search Quarry Scam ”.  We are here to set the record straight. Search Quarry is a public records website that consists free tools and a premium membership where over 2 billion public records can be accessed. Our free tools are totally free and signup is not required. Our premium membership requires signing up and is a monthly subscription which must be agreed to by all our members. We offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee and anyone can cancel at any time.

One of the reviews that says “ Search Quarry Scam ” is from RipOffReport.com, a known shady review website that has been in many lawsuits because it allows competitors of businesses to post reviews.. This review says that SearchQuarry.com drafted someone’s bank account for several months and that statement is totally out of context. Our premium public records membership costs $19.95 per month and is billed automatically. Upon signing up we have our customers read a statement letting them know they will be billed $19.95 per month and then check a box to acknowledge the statement. Additionally we send our members monthly emails letting them know when a rebill charge is coming through. If you are concerned about your privacy then you should lookup the records in our member’s area. All public records in the Search Quarry member’s area are anonymous to search.   5. I joined SearchQuarry yesterday. I was having trouble with my search and called Customer Support. The woman was extremely rude. She kept repeating the same canned responses, interrupting me while I was trying to follow her commands, and then said she needed to hang up because she had already spent enough time with me, and their were other callers that needed help. We had only been on the phone for a couple of minutes at the most at the time. She said her name was Morgan. Example: she kept telling me to look under Previous Searches (this might not be the exact verbage). I asked several times where it was on the page and she kept just repeating the page. She kept asking questions that had nothing to do with my request, interrupting my attempt at finding what I wanted. I asked her to stop talking while I was searching, and she continued to talk and interrupt my search. I then found the information I was looking for and told her to cancel my subscription. I was looking for my divorce records to fill out a form. To top it off the information that SearchQuarry was incorrect! I finally found my documents and your information was incorrect. This whole experience was awful. I would never use this company for anything again. The information was incorrect and Customer Support was unhelpful, rude, and downright mean.

In this age of identity theft and other people looking through other people’s data online (particularly for fraudulent reasons), I don’t agree with having your info given out without having the chance to say you don’t want it shown if you want/need to, besides going through the process of sending proof of your identity. I understand that there needs to be possibly some way of showing you are not just a person who wants to get rid of someone else’s entry against their permission, but when so many other websites allow you to not have your data displayed without going through the procedure you do on this site, it doesn’t make any sense to me on why you are not allowing it here. I know your information is available regardless in lots of ways anyhow but as much as you can, if you are not wishing it to be on some places like this, I think you should be able to, again without going through such a procedure as here, no matter how secure a site promises it is. I also totally relate to the reply that James B had on April 7th about the way you left someone’s name and email in your reply who wrote you on that same day.

  12. While this may not be a scam, it is very difficult to use, reach a person to talk to or to get results. I have contacted my credit card company and asked them to make sure no further payments are withdrawn, please cancel my access to this program. I did not find what I wanted, could not figure it out and could not reach anyone by phone. Good luck with your company.
