There are two ways of making Hawaii driving records request including:

• By mail

In person

To make an in person request for your Hawaii driving record, you’ll need to:

• Visit any Hawaii district court
• Provide your name, DOB and driver’s license number
• Pay the $20 driving record fee

 By mail

To request your Hawaii driving records by mail, you need to mail to any Hawaii district court:

• Documentation that contains your name, DOB, and driver’s license number
• A self-addressed stamped envelope
• Pay order or check payable to “District Court” for the $20 fee
