Alabama Driving Records By Mail

You can request your driving record by mail. You will need to complete Form MV DPPA1, which is a Request For Motor Vehicle Record. This will require you to fill in your name, license number, date of birth, and social security number. You must include a certified check or money order for the driving record fee. Send the form and payment to the Alabama Department of Public Safety. Their address can be found on the official Alabama Government website.

Alabama Driving Records In Person

To request a driving record in person you will need to go to a local Alabama Department of Revenue (ADOR) office. You will be required to fill in the Form MV DPPA1 and provide payment to the representative during the time of processing your request.
