In order to obtain a copy of your arrest record in Sarasota County, you should visit the Clerk of the Circuit Court and County Comptroller’s website. Once you are on the site, you should hover your mouse pointer over Records. Under Court Records, you should look for the link: Criminal Cases. When you click on this link, you will be redirected to another page called Florida ClerkNet which will allow you to enter information into a search query to pull up your arrest record. Keep in mind that this site is sometimes down so you may have to make a request by email.
You can also make a request for your arrest record in person by visiting the Sarasota County Sheriff’s office and submitting your request in the Records Section. This office is located at the Criminal Justice Center, 2071 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota. You can visit there to make an arrest record request from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
