Pennsylvania Driver Record Search

To request a Pennsylvania driver record, operators of motor vehicles must submit DL-503, the form issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. By completing it online or mailing it, motorists can get their Pennsylvania Driver Record for three or 10 years. A request for the latter duration is for employment purposes only.

Operators of motor vehicles may also request their full driving history, but that request must be submitted by mail. A Pennsylvania Driver Record include violations, PennDOT actions, and accidents. They also include the driver’s date of birth, license number, name, address, class of license, and license status.

Some driver reports are only on microfilm. They are citations, court certifications, applications, license renewals, and judgments. Suspension credit affidavits, suspension/revocation letters, restoration letters, rescind letters, and department hearing and exam notices are the final five. In requesting one of these, the requester must indicate the date of the action or violation. A paper copy of the report will be mailed.

Pennsylvania Driver Record Online

For an online request, people need their driver?s license number, last four numbers of their social security number, and date of birth. Requesters pay with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit or debit card. They can print our their history online. When mailing requests, drivers pay with a check or money order made payable to ?PennDOT.? The driver history will be mailed. Employers, insurance companies and other entities can open a Business Account. To open this kind of account, the applicant completes the Internet Application/Licensing Agreement. Once it is approved, an account will be opened.

Pennsylvania Driver Record By Mail

The Request for Driver Information form can also be obtained from the office of a message service or a Driver and Vehicle Service Center. The latter only accepts payments by check or money order. Additional places to obtain the form are Pennsylvania auto clubs and many notaries. The form can be faxed by calling the PennDot Customer Care Center at 717-412-5300. Select Driver Licenses, then select prompt number 6 (FAQ), and then select prompt number 6 again (Driver History). At the end of the message, callers will be asked to press prompt number 1. At this point, they enter their fax number.

Filling Out DL-503

People who are requesting their own record, fill out sections A and C of DL-503. Requesters of a Pennsylvania Driver Record not their own complete sections, A, C, and D. In some cases, as indicated on the form, the driver must sign section E to give permission to release the information to someone else. Third-party requests must be notarized and accompanied by a check or money order. For people who want certified copies of Pennsylvania Driving Records, they are available only by mail.

    I Malik mills sent my form in that states I lost my driver license and never got any papers that said my time is up it’s been since January now it November it was only a 6 month suspension
