The only record that will be public is adult record, if there is one, but his juvenile record will stay private. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Thanks for your response.

That was back in 2012 he is now 22 years old. does the warrant will be public or not?

  7. squarryadministrator says:

Yaritza, since this is a minor’s criminal and/or court record it will not be public record. You will need to have the immediate family or parental guardian contact the relevant Orange County Courthouse and inquire with them about any Orange County warrants that may have been issued to Christian.

  8. Yaritza Candelaria says:

    Hi

My nephew had a case back in 2012 when he was a minor and her grandma and parents took him back to PR. How can we know if he have a warrant because he didn’t do what he was supposed to?

    Christian Cruz Resto
    11/12/1996

The case was in Orlando FL. He was caught with marijuana in Colonial High School and a Knife pocket.

    Thanks

  9. squarryadministrator says:

That is a good question, it’s best practice to check it weekly or monthly if you feel there is a warrant for some kind of violation you’re concerned about. It’s uncertain how long of a period this will cover as each warrant and criminal case is different. If you feel this is because of a bench warrant you can contact the Orange county courthouse clerk and inquire about rescheduling but if it’s more serious then you might want to consult legal counsel.

  10. Kredd says:

How often should or could you search the Sherriff’s site to see if you have any kind of warrant? If none found is one search enough and for how long a period would that cover.

  11. squarryadministrator says:
